Nearly a decade in real estate — starting on a telephone in 2017 and building three companies since. This is how it happened, in order.
I grew up in Bogarukoppa, a small village near Heggodu in Thirthahalli Taluk, Shivamogga District. Ours is a farming family — agriculture has always been our livelihood, and my parents still live in the village today.
A rural upbringing teaches you things a classroom cannot. Work does not wait for convenience, weather does not negotiate, and your word to a neighbour is the only contract that matters. Hard work, honesty, patience, and perseverance came from there.
Losing my elder brother changed how I understood responsibility. It made the idea of building something lasting feel less like ambition and more like duty.
I completed my schooling, Pre-University in Commerce, and my Bachelor of Computer Applications in Thirthahalli. Somewhere in those college years, business became the thing I actually wanted to understand — so I tried small ventures, made mistakes, and learned how sales, communication, and customer relationships really work.
In 2017, I entered real estate as a telecaller. Hundreds of calls a day. Most of them ended quickly. But that job gave me something no shortcut could: I learned exactly what a buyer worries about before they ever agree to a site visit.
I have never treated that starting point as something to move past. It is the reason I can read a room today.
Every promotion added a layer I would later need as a developer. I learned this industry from the ground up, not the top down — and that order matters.
Listening, handling rejection, and understanding buyer hesitation.
Site visits, negotiation, documentation, and closing — how a plot moves from enquiry to registration.
Building a team, setting targets, and owning results beyond my own desk.
Positioning, campaigns, and pricing strategy across projects — the commercial engine of development.
Three companies, each started for a different reason — and each still serving a distinct role today.
My own practice, built on property consulting and honest client advisory. Serving clients from RT Nagar, Bengaluru.
The move from consulting into development — larger projects, structured execution, and formal partnerships.
Built around one intent: transparent, legally compliant, value-driven developments that hold up over decades.
Two developments completed and handed over — one through a joint venture, one independent. Three more underway across North Bengaluru's growth corridors.
A fast-maturing stretch connecting established residential pockets to the airport belt.
Direct airport connectivity, with steady infrastructure investment driving long-term value.
Positioned on the Satellite Town Ring Road, close to key administrative infrastructure.
None of it happens alone. Over nearly a decade I have built a network of landowners, farmers, advocates, surveyors, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, bankers, investors, government officials, and public representatives — relationships that let a project move without shortcuts.
The plan has never been to build the most projects. It is to build the ones people can trust completely — and to still be worth trusting in twenty years.
If you own land, are looking to invest, or want to develop something together, I would be glad to talk.
